隱私說明
這份說明告訴你 SinShot 蒐集哪些個人資料、為什麼蒐集、怎麼使用，以及你可以怎麼行使你的權利（依《個人資料保護法》第 8 條、第 9 條）。
一、蒐集者
SinShot（個人經營的創作社團）。聯絡方式：contact@sinshot.com
SinShot 不是公司，是一個人在經營（個資法裡叫「自然人」，屬於「非公務機關」）。個資法要求說清楚是誰在蒐集資料，所以寫在這裡：如果你要行使第 3 條的權利（我們會先確認是你本人），或主管機關依法來查，我們會提供經營者的真實姓名和送達地址。這是經營者自己的資料，不是你的；我們不會跟你要真名或地址。
二、蒐集的資料與目的

透過 LINE 或 Google 綁定時，資料是 LINE（LY Corporation）或 Google 依你在它們的同意畫面上的選擇提供給我們的（資料來源，依《個人資料保護法》第 9 條告知）。它們如何處理你的資料，見 LINE 的隱私政策與 Google 的隱私權政策。
三、cookie

這些 cookie 只有 sinshot.com 與它的子網域讀得到，沒有廣告或第三方追蹤。各作品（例如 ouin-fx.sinshot.com）另有自己的 cookie，見各作品的說明。
四、利用的期間、地區、對象與方式
- 期間：通行證的資料保留到你刪除帳號或本服務結束為止；來源統計的明細保留 13 個月；資料庫每天備份，備份在 35 天後刪除；伺服器的存取紀錄（含 IP 位址、瀏覽器資訊）保留 30 天後自動刪除，不另外備份。
- 地區：主機、資料庫與備份在 Amazon Web Services 的台北區域。網域名稱解析與聯絡信箱的轉寄由 Cloudflare 處理。透過 LINE、Google 綁定時，資料也會在它們的系統處理。推出新作通知後，通知信由 Amazon Web Services 的寄信服務寄出。
- 對象：只有 SinShot 自己使用，不出售、不提供給他人行銷。上面列出的服務商只依我們的指示代為處理。
- 方式：以電腦自動處理。統計用的資料（來源、造訪、回頭率）只有隨機的訪客編號，跟通行證分開存放、不互相連結：我們看得到「有多少人」，看不到「是誰」。
五、你的權利
依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，你可以：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理或利用、請求刪除你的個人資料。
- 通行證推出後，大部分的事可以在
sinshot.com/account自己做：看與下載你的資料、改暱稱、解除任何一個綁定、退訂通知、刪除帳號。 - 也可以寫信到 contact@sinshot.com。查詢、閱覽與複製本，我們在 15 日內回覆（必要時延長 15 日）；補充、更正、停止與刪除，在 30 日內回覆（必要時延長 30 日）；需要延長時會告訴你原因。
六、不提供資料的影響
你可以完全不綁定、不留聯絡方式：所有作品照樣可以玩、可以看。不綁定的話，換裝置時要用各作品自己的引繼碼接回進度；不留 email 或 LINE，就收不到新作通知。
七、新作通知
只有你勾選了才會寄。每一封信與每一則 LINE 訊息都附有退訂的方法，退訂後立即停止；封鎖 SinShot 的 LINE 官方帳號也等於退訂。
八、未成年人
未滿 18 歲的使用者，請在法定代理人同意下綁定通行證或訂閱通知。
九、資料外洩時
如果發現你的個人資料被竊取、竄改、毀損、滅失或洩漏，我們會用你留下的 email 或 LINE 通知你發生了什麼、可能的影響與我們採取的措施。
十、這份說明的變更
內容改變時會更新上方的版本日期。改變影響到你已經同意的事項時，會先在本站公告；你綁定了 email 或 LINE 的話也會另外通知。
Privacy
Who we are
SinShot, a creative circle run by an individual. Contact: contact@sinshot.com
SinShot is not a company; it is run by one person (a "natural person", which Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act counts as a "non-government agency"). The Act requires us to say clearly who is collecting your data, so here it is: if you exercise your rights under Article 3 (we will first confirm that you are the data subject), or a competent authority makes a lawful inquiry, we will provide the operator's legal name and address for service. That is the operator's own information, not yours; we never ask for your legal name or address.
What we collect and why
- Visiting this site or opening a referral link (
sinshot.com/p/…,sinshot.com/<work>): a cookiesinshot_vholding a random ID (no name or account), which link you came from, the referring site's domain, and your browser and OS type. Used to count how many people each post and platform brings, and whether people come back. - Every connection: IP address, browser type, requested URL and time, used to keep the service safe (rate limiting, abuse prevention). IP addresses are not stored in our database; they only appear in server access logs.
- SinShot Pass (coming soon): the identity you choose to link: your LINE user ID or Google account ID (random IDs, not your name and without your email), or an email you enter and verify (we store only a keyed hash of it, which cannot be turned back into the address); your nickname; which works you linked; and what you agreed to and when. Used to sign in, recover your progress in each work on a new device, and share one nickname across works. Data from LINE (LY Corporation) or Google is provided by them according to what you approve on their consent screens.
- New-release notifications: only if you opt in, separately. We use your email (stored encrypted, deleted when you unsubscribe) or LINE ID to tell you about new SinShot works. We do not track whether you open them; links are the same for everyone and we only count total clicks.
- Emails to contact@sinshot.com: your address and message, used to reply.
Cookies
sinshot_v (random ID, 400 days, refreshed on visits), and once SinShot Pass launches, sinshot_sid (sign-in, 400 days), sinshot_pass (signed pass ID and nickname that works on *.sinshot.com can verify, 30 days, renewed automatically) and sinshot_oauth (sign-in flow, 10 minutes). They are readable only by sinshot.com and its subdomains. No advertising or third-party tracking.
Retention, location, recipients
Pass data is kept until you delete your account or the service ends. Referral details are kept for 13 months. Daily database backups are deleted after 35 days. Server access logs (including IP addresses and browser information) are deleted automatically after 30 days and are not backed up. Servers, database and backups are in the Amazon Web Services Taipei region. DNS and forwarding of the contact address are handled by Cloudflare; LINE and Google process data when you link with them; notification emails will be sent through Amazon Web Services. Analytics (referrals, visits, return rates) use only random visitor IDs and are stored separately from SinShot Pass, never linked to it: we can see how many people, not who. We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing. The providers above process it only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, get a copy of, correct, stop the use of, or delete your personal data. Once SinShot Pass launches, you can do most of this yourself at sinshot.com/account, or email contact@sinshot.com. We reply to access requests within 15 days and to correction, restriction or deletion requests within 30 days (each extendable once by the same period, with the reason).
If you don't provide data
Everything still works anonymously. Without linking, use each work's own transfer code to move to a new device. Without an email or LINE contact, you won't receive new-release notifications.
Notifications, minors, incidents, changes
Every notification includes a way to unsubscribe, effective immediately; blocking our LINE Official Account also unsubscribes you. Users under 18 should link a pass or subscribe with a parent's or guardian's consent. If your data is breached, we will notify you through the email or LINE you linked. When this notice changes, the version date above changes; if a change affects something you agreed to, we will announce it here first and notify linked users.
